Vending Machine Controls

This is a flexible vending machine controller allowing itself to be configured as a 4 product(canister) or a 6 product controller (all 230v ac motors / valves) keypad has 12 selection buttons with each selection configurable as a mixture of 4 to 6 products.  it is possible to add-on connectivity to gsm modem, bill validator, smart card reader etc.

4 product configurable controller with 5 selection buttons.  Each button can be configured to make a drink out of any combination of 4 products (All 24V DC motors / valves).   Connectivity is possible with GSM Modem, Smart Card Reader, Bill Validator.

• This board is used to select 8 different types of drinks.

• The menu settings can be made manually as well as via message from user.

• It can monitor the load current and turn off the load at the time of over current or short circuit.

• It will send the sales data to the user mobile number at regular interval and on user request.

• It will send message at the time failure (like sold-out, over current) of machine also.

• Machine ON/OFF by sms from user.

• Menu settings like drink timings, temperature settings, drink name, password can be set through message.

• We can enable or disable particular drink through message.

• It is the controller board for snack vending machine.

• It can accommodate maximum 64 types of products.

• We can set up to 8 trays each can have 8 products.

• Flexibility to choose number of trays.

• Provision to give special offers like combo offer, buy 1 take 2 offers, etc.

• It is interfaced with GSM modem.

• At the time of product sold-out it will send sms to the user.

• It can accept payment through Bill validatator as well as RFID card reader.

• Operates in 110-230V AC Supply.
